Sharon A. Ragan,

SHARON A RAGAN is Principal and Administrator of Trinity Christian School and Small Small World Daycare. She is the founder of both the school and the daycare. Her education in these fields was at Lee University and Indiana University. She is Co-Pastor of Trinity Fellowship Church, directs the music, is an accomplished singer and children's Minister.


Brian D. Immel,
Assistant Administrator

BRIAN IMMEL is the second in command for Trinity Christian School. He directs the following school operations:

  • Admissions
  • Computers
  • Development
  • Enrollment
  • Front Office
  • Interschool Athletics
  • Public Relations/Spokesman
  • Transportation

In addition to being in charge during an absence by the principal, Brian is very active in Christian athletics on the state level. He is currently the Commissioner of the Indiana Christian Schools Athletic Conference and the Executive Director of the Indiana State Christian Schools Basketball Tournament. Brian is an active member of the local church body, Trinity Fellowship, where he serves on their leadership team. He has been with the school since 1992.



Darnell Benson,
Assistant Principal  

MR. BENSON has taught at Trinity for fourteen years. He attended college at Martin University and IUPUI.

He has a degree in Communications. His subject matter is Bible, Spanish, and Nutrition


He is an accomplished Minister and singer.

In addition to his teaching duties, Mr. Benson is assistant principal in areas that pertain to:

  • Student Discipline
  • Parent Relations
  • Chapel




Brenda Combs,
Assistant to the Administrator

BRENDA COMBS serves as:


  • Business Manager
  • Curriculum Coordinator
  • Extended Care Director




Deanna Kitchens,
Assistant to the Principal

MRS. KITCHENS, teaches in Middle and High School: She has taught at Trinity for the past sixteen years. She graduated from the University of Evansville, Summa Cum Laude, with majors in Elementary Education and Mathematics. She has also received her Masters degree from the University of Evansville. She taught fourth grade in Tell City, Indiana for fifteen years and coached volleyball, basketball, and track. She also served as the gifted and talented coordinator and computer coordinator for the school system. She taught in Memphis, Tn. in public schools and served as Principal of Union Academy.

She is Assistant to the Principal in Academics and Curriculum for the Middle/ High School. She teaches Calculus, Finite Math, Pre-Algebra, Algebra I & II, Geometry, 6&7 grade math, Senior English, and SAT/ACT Prep.

In addition, her duties also include:

  • Lead Teacher
  • Accredidation Director
  • Curriculum Authority



Carol Clark,
Middle School/High School

Mrs. Clark is Assistant to the Principal for Middle and High School for student life and social events. She graduated from IUPUI with a Major in Education and a Minor in Special Ed. & Science.

Her subjects are Science 7,8,9, Physical Science 10th & 11th grades, Chemistry 11, Christian Worlview 12, Sociology 10,11,12, and English 11.


Jeramie Carroll,
Middle School/High School

Jeramie Carroll: Graduate of Indiana University, Earned his Teachers License as well as his degree. Former Special Ed teacher for Franklin, Indiana schools.  He teaches in Middle and High School.

Sue Crase: She is a graduate of University of Wisconsin. Bachelor of Science in Education and English. Mrs. Crase has twenty-two years Christian School experience.


Sarah Carroll,

Second Grade


Sarah Carroll: Graduate of Indiana University, Earned her Teachers License as well as her degree. Former Special Ed teacher for Franklin, Indiana schools.  She teaches in Middle and High School.

She is Cheer Leader Coach and Choir Director.


Tracy Joiner,
First Grade

Tracy Joiner: Graduate of Cedarville University where she received a BS degree in Elementary Education. Mrs. Joiner brings twelve years of teaching experience; five years third grade, four years Pre-Kindergarten, and three years Kindergarten. Teaching is a family passion; her Mother is a 50 year veteran teacher and her husband has been teaching high school math for 24 years. She enjoys incorporating music and movement into all areas of the curriculum to help children learn and remember educational concepts and skills.




Paula Saint Clair,




Mrs. St. Clair: Graduate of Indiana University School of Education, majored in Early Childhood Education. Extensive training in Montessori education techniques. Worked for Indianapolis Public Schools. Children's Pastor and ministry leader for over thirty-six years. Trained in American Sign language at Indiana School for the Deaf.

Margaret Dinn,
Title One Teacher

Margie Dinn: She is a veteran teacher with the Indianapolis Public Schools. She teaches Special Education and has been with the Title One program for ten years. She received her Bachelor's and Master's in education from Ball State University.

Mrs. Jacky Gomez,  head cook. Jacky has been with us for sixteen years. she has a staff of three assistants.

Mrs. Barbara Gregory, assistian cook. Barbara has been with us for fifteen years . Prior to joining us she worked in the kitchen at Indianapolis Public School 21.
